Sure. There's already a Changeling main character, but there's always room for more. Make sure you read through the main thread first, so you're caught up with the storyline.

Is it legal to play a changeling that is just trying to get along? I was thinking of reincarnating someone like Audrey Hepburn or Marylin Monroe (In concept - not the actual character.) Would a changeling be able to be a high profile actor of some description and still fit within the rules of this world?

@@Bandersaur, Yes. In fact, given how the real life Red Scare mostly targeted Hollywood and the film industry, I'd say It'd be brilliant.

 

You can play a Changeling who just wants to get along, but (as I explained to HunterTSN), you must still keep your secret.

What's say we put a pin in Gloom's story for right now (considering he's just going to go eat with the Greasers), and pick it back up when Zephyr goes into town and the two bump into each other? Kill two birds with one stone by getting some PC interaction going, and reconciling the considerable time difference by just saying Gloom was out on the town the whole time.

Sorry about that. I Googled Rosewood, and the damn stuff just looked brown to me.

 

In my (in-character) defense, though, it was dark outside, and would have looked brown in low light.

Personality: Renegade is a friendly, yet naive and slightly paranoid unicorn. Backstory: Renegade grew up in Ponyville to a simple and quaint family. His mother was a stay-at-home kind of mare, while his father worked at a local market. His parents were often busy, and therefore inattentive. Young Renegade gained most of his knowledge and education through a combination of observation, asking questions, and reading. After getting his cutie mark, he went into police training and soon afterwards, moved to a Manehatten suburb rather than the city proper. He has lived there for half a year, and gotten to know much of the street's residents.

Yeah I would love to see someone get a second wind from getting stabbed in the stomach repeatedly. And how can he reach the gun with a stallion on top of him and right arm clinched in his teeth while being stabbed. to get the gun he would have to reached right over Gloom or stretch his arm all the way behind him and outward on the other side. I know this ain't real but I doubt a griffin has stretching powers.

@@Gloomfury, And Gloom kept fighting even with both forelegs capped and a hole in his chest. There are a few liberties we're taking here.

 

The gun fell at a strange angle when Gloom bit him, putting it in range of his other talon.

 But it would have likely fall on the right side. Plus they're on a dirt or grass covered ground, even a road, so I doubt it would have slid behind him. And you can do almost anything when adrenaline's pumping though you. And he his in pain but years of training and fighting made him use to pushing himself to the limit even when wounded.

 

At least that makes since, punching sing someone off you while the got sharp teeth burred in your arm while stabbing you in the stomach seems less likely.

@@Gloomfury, He kinda threw it when he was bit. It launched with a bit of a trajectory, and landed within arm's reach.

 

The punch was hardly heavyweight. Just the Griffon's own adrenaline reserves kicking in, and given an edge thanks to that fourth gunshot wound in Gloom. Both of them were severely weakened by that point.

Still, if the gun was launched it would mostly likely to be outward making it still out of reach. When your wrist hist bit dose our had twitch inward or outward? Yeah, outward. Which means the gun would be launched away from reach.
