gaming Social interaction in online gaming (MMO's)

im not a huge roleplay fan, and im not much for the commitment, however the few times i have tried joining in someone always yells at me (havent tried here though) and i just get the idea that people will rely on my interaction.also i feel awkward just kinda.. popping in.

That's the thing! All Roleplays rely on character interaction. You don't just join a RP to go off on your lonesome the entire time!

 

Abd what is it that other RPers are yelling at you about? Are you following alonf with what's going on? Are one of your characters too powerful? There are many reasons why RPers get on other RPers' cases, and those are just two of them...

@Elegron, I made some adjustments to your original post. It appears to focused on the social interaction aspect of online gaming and also alludes to the awkward feeling of intruding on a in progress game. I moved this to media, altered the topic title and added a Gaming Prefix.
