Not that it's my decision, but I feel like it's best if, for the time being at least, we keep the exact size and layout of the house somewhat vague. Perhaps if we had a working map that we expanded and filled out as necessary as we went along, that would be better. I just feel like we may want to change or add things to the house later on or something, and the best way would be to leave it open.

don't worry I won't make a huge labyrinth of a house, just tell me what rooms are needed, how many rooms of a specific room (ex how many bed rooms, bathrooms, etc), your quota of total rooms, and how many floors and I will be done in a few hours

Well, there'd be converted rooms on the ground floor which would have been therapy rooms, a laundry etc. They would now be a utility room, kitchen, living room, loo etc seeing as it's been converted to a residential building. On the first floor would be at least one bathroom, probably more, maybe even ensuite with a  bedrooms that were once where the doctors and nurses stations were, along with rooms that used to be operating theatres but are now storage, There would be a second floor where the dorm rooms were and are now bedrooms and maybe an attic area, too.

I was going to do a full scale model of the house.... I just couldn't find the time or friends to do it....

 

plus I don't think it matters so long as we all have an idea of what it looks like
