meaning you make the decisions..... well except one you kinda have no choice other wise it kills the whole plot I have planned out but you make all the calls like where to go. what to do now, who should kill this enemy.... etc etc.... you also make the call when we to leave Rorikstead

Two ways:

Type [ member='member name' ]

 

Or highlight a post of the person you want to mention and the should be a contextual menu that opens.

fireball is very over powered especially if it is duel wielded.... I think firebolt is what you were referring to and yes you can use firebolt or flame
