Taking Canada and Japan out of the equation, what do you think was the best foreign cartoon you've seen? I personaly liked Code Lyoko.

There was one show I liked called Patrol 03. That was amazing, with Carmen the Arctic Fox in a Wheelchair, Shorty the Basset Hound and Wilfred the Rat as they fight against a corrupt police department and the evil Professor Molo. And then there was this hilarious Russian version of Winnie the Pooh that was extremely Politically Correct.

I found this one french kids cartoon that I only watched one episode of but it had furry ladies dancing and I was like yeeeeeeeaaaaaah boi! I forgot what it was called though... I'd like to find it again sometime...

I LOVE Code Lyoko. That was my show way back when. I recently got into it again. Which means...More OC rehashing! (I've been doing that a lot lately.)
