This doesn't necessarily mean the best soundtrack. But which cartoon do you think has the catchiest soundtrack? Not including musical numbers, or the title sequence.

I do think every generation of My Little Pony has very catchy songs. Other than MLP, though, I'd say Jem and the Holograms.

You mean just the background music or the musical numbers? I'm actually discounting musical numbers because they're kind of an easy target an not every show has them.

Ah, I'm very sorry. I didn't know it was only background music. This makes this a much harder question, because cartoons don't really stand out in background music. You mean random/short sequences of music that plays during some scenes? Then, I really don't know. Come to think of it, I don't even remember any background music from any cartoons I watch.
