technical issue Not letting me vote in polls

I been trying to vote in polls since I joined the site but it won't let me at all is it because of the device I am using or is it the site? By the way I am using a ipod

You need to get to at least cupcake rank I believe to vote in polls. If not you have to be at muffin rank. Can't remember the exact details of it.

As Lightwing and lordav answered this comoketely I'll close it out. Poll settings require a more established use of the site to prevent voting shenanigans.
