Sikhism is a young, Indian, religion, only five hundred years old. They live a life of discipline that requires cleanliness of the hair and body, that they wear a turban at all times, and that they always carry a sword or dagger. (Called a kirpan.) They are also unique in that their religion actually requires them learn a martial art system, one that's unique to them called Gatka. It has a heavy emphasis on weapons.

That was one of the design choices I was playing with until I decided that dreadlocks fit the "tribal warrior" image a tad better.

My thoughts on it is, basics can be chieved without outside help. The more advanced stuff, however, would either require supernatural aid or numbers to achieve. Okay, this is where our headcanons are clashing. No, I don't think that's the way it works. The rules provide extensive pegasus tricks and in the story, the Wonderbolts were able to pull off some pretty insane weather moves.

Also Dashia is half Pegasus and half unicorn by birth. What the sprite wishes to awaken is the second half of her blood lineage.

 

I am not aiding the creation of an alicorn OC.

Storm is only a mode. It can only accure when in a desperate situation and only when extremely emotional. Hince, what happened on the farm. It not a common accurance.

You want to make it more permanent or voluntary though through the spirit's assistance. It seems unnecessary for the spirits to be involved because conceivably any pegasus of significant strength could pull something like that off, especially one with as much "sky sympathy" as Dashia.

Given that we were interrupted, sure. I just didn't want you to feel like I was deterring you entirely from that path. Certainly I'd love to help another character discover spirituality, and that's character and out.
