As Blizzard was happily making a sandcastle, he heard Icarus, "Hmmm, touche Doc. From what you have there, that's a good resume for a leader. *pats on sand* Ok, I think the Doc might be good enough to lead us. Anypony agree?" Blizzard steps back from his sandcastle and asks, "Whaddya think guys? *looks at "castle"* What the--?!" Blizzard actually made a life-sized sand Rarity. " How did--?! Uh that's uh, *kicks and destroys sand Rarity* none of you saw that. So shall it be Doc? *tries to make actual sandcastle*"

Icarus looked at what Blizzard had made, his face twisted a bit in judgement, and then said " I've seen better" before turning to the group and putting his mask on. He nodded to them, " and I would be honored to lead you all, not only as a leader, but as a friend" he said with a smile, turning around and flashing his cloak in dramatic style, a smile painted across his face. " This isnt over yet, but I feel things are just picking up !" he said.

Blizzard's eyes grew serious, "You didn't see that Doc. :okiedokielokie: " Then he goes normal again, " Ok! All in favor of the Doc as our new leader say Eye! EYe!" Blizzard says as continues to try and fail at making a good sandcastle. "I wonder how long Caliber is taking to get here."

Tyra raised an eyebrow at what Blizzard had created, and pretended not to notice.

 

At his proposal that Icarus that should be leader, however, she grinned widely, and raised her replacement axe in the air in her hoof out of instinct.

 

"AYE!" She yelled at the top of her voice.

Blizzard still tries to make an actual castle but ends up making Rarity sand stuff and stomps on them. "God dangit! Anyway who's left to say eye? Ticky? *quietly to Tyra* I oughta throw some sand in his face to get him to listen. Hehe. *out loud* Caliber? Where is he? *looks out to ocean* I can't see him yet. Hm, more waiting I suppose. Any of you guys been to a beach like this before? *tries sandcastle again*"

caliber swan around, thinking about how he needs to get stronger. he heard his name, and he surfaced. "huh? oh, im cool with icaurs leading. woo!" he dived again. picking rocks of the bottom, and looking for something cool. he was having a hard time. bummer. caliber decided on another night of training. water training.

Icarus looked around t0 the group then looked to the horizon. It was time to move out and time to start another chase. The mysterious mare was still out there, and many deaths were on her hands. " Lets get back to the outpost everyone, we should rest up and  and fillup before we get back on the move" Icarus said.

"Aye," Tyra nodded, picking herself up from the sand, "we must return swiftly."

 

She stretched out her limbs a bit and began walking after Icarus, before glancing back to Ticktock, who was still upset.

"Have fun with all the murderous ponies hunting us down and finding you alone and probably killing you," she snarked.

Blizzard got up and said, "Dammit I hate sand art! I'm sticking to ice art, at least I have control over my creations. Does anypony wanna race back to the outpost again. No wait, races are stupid, I'm just gonna--- *skates off* see ya wouldn't wanna be ya! And this is why I'm not leader! Whoooooo!"

Ticktock sighed and went over to Icarus and said "Well, um Doc you see im..." Ticktock pauses in order to regain his speech in then continues "Well im sorry a lashed out at you I men you only did what you thought was right and I kind of felt like I could have done more to save her so I took my self hatred out on you. " Ticktock trots over to Icarus and extends his hoof "So will you take this stallions apology? Oh yeah and i'd be honoured to have a pony like you lead us"

                                                                                    Chapter I

 

 

A celebration of  one thousand and one hundred years of Princes Celestia’s rule is about to kick off in Canterlot! The Princes has commissioned a new gladiatorial arena for the occasion—the Crown Pavilion—as a shining symbol of her people’s endurance.

Take a hot air balloon ride with dignitaries from across Equestria to the capital, and be there for the opening ceremony. Join in the festivities and compete in ceremonial combat in Her Majesty’s honor!

Our heroes finally reach outpost.But on their surprise,outpost wasnt in that gloris state they left it.Some tent where thorn down,there where lot of arrows around the outpost.And lot wounded ponys.There were lot of medication ponys around helping wounded.

The sign of battle that Tybalt told our heroes was about to happen was over,and by look of it the good guys won.

Ticktock was completely speechless "Wa..wa...what happened here. Surly this could not have just happened while we were gone unless it happened as we left the Atherblades lair " A sudden tidal wave of guilt flooded "This is all my fault. If I hadn't been so obnoxious then we might have made it back in time." That's when Ticktock realised something the universe had a cruel sense of humour.

Blizzard knelt down and was quiet for a bit. He was very firm with Ticktock, "We win as a team, we lose as a team. You can't blame yourself. But it seems as though they did alright out here. I'm proud of them. But I wonder what our next move will be. And where's Tybalt with his coincidental flank?"

Tyra looked around the outpost in horrified shock, taking in all the damage and destruction that had taken place while they were gone.

 

However, it seemed like there no casualties, so she could breathe a sigh of relief.

 

"There was nothing we could have done," she muttered to Ticktock, "but we have weakened their forces, and that is good enough."

Ticktock smiled "Thanks guys and I sorry I've been such a jerk it has just been a rough few days and it has been filled with disappointment and stress. Most of all though I am grateful to you all for helping me learn how to survive all of it" Ticktock was happier then then he had been all day and he smiled for the better part of an hour afterwards.

Blizzard walks over to Ticktock and puts his hoof around him, "No problem, just remember, stay focused, stay alive. That's the only way you're gonna get through this got it?" *lets go of Ticktock* "Does anypony have any idea on what to do next? Where do we go from here?"

Ticktock thought for a second then said " Well I think Tybalt is the best place to start that is of course if he's still here but you know what today I have been hit by a wall on electricity, had a sword fight with a Pegasus and made a promise to save a family so I think I should be a little optimistic about this .shall we go and look?"

ICarus caught up with the group in time to see the carnage of the camp. Icarus froze and serveyed the area. There was not much blood or any bodies, so he assumed most made it out OK. 

 

" I think most of them made it out....glad to see our guys are OK" he said, walking around and looking at all the wounded and hurt. He checked on several soldiers and looked to the group. " None of them are hurt too badly either, looks like the fought well"

Blizzard spoke out, "Ticky's right, let's go find Tybalt so we can get our next objectives and handle them like the pros we are. Whaddya say guys, should we get moving and go find him? Does anypony see Tybalt's tent anywhere within all this mayhem of destruction?"

As our heroes got closesr to Tybalt tent in midle of outpost they could see unlike other tents his was un torn and clen,unlike other tents in outpost.They could hear Tybalt arguing with someone  "So princes make part at this time of need.In time where six gods are trying to regain balance of universe by killing all of ponykind?You give them letter I dont whant to do annything with that!"

Ticktock heard the commotion coming from Tybalt's tent "Well this seems familiar doesn't if guys?" When Ticktock said that he was referring to the first time he had joined the group and the same kind of argument had happened. Ticktock prepared to enter then walked back "You know maybe I should let somepony else go in first"

Blizzard says, "Well, I'm not just gonna stand around out here and waste time. I'm going in to see what the deal is." Blizzard then opens the curtains and enters the tent, "Hey guys. There you are Tybalt where have you been?! Anyway what's going on here, something we should know?"

As Tyra neared Tybalt's tent, she cocked her head as she noticed it was completely unscathed by the attack.

Now why would that be?

 

Nonetheless, she marched over and poked her head in, finding its owner arguing with a strange pony.

"What has happened here?!" She demanded, "When was the outpost attacked?!"

caliber walked in after her. "tyra, calm down. its already happened. nothing we can do now." he sighed. he sat down in the tent. "so, tybalt, whattaya got for us? is there another village that needs saving, or something?" he asked with a smirk.

Tybalt contineu "...Celestia send this one..." he points at alicorn on other side of tent "...to assiste you and I frankly don't want to have anything with that.".Than he turned his look at Tyra "I said we are about to fight Dwaynas army,and I think we stoped advance of goddess of life and air." he than with grin looked at Tyra "But,inaf about my how did your mission go?Did you stoped em?"
