Ticktock completely ignored Blizzard and just started running upstairs. He went through the lab and eventually just went upstairs again , jumped on his bed and started crying. As Ticktock cried the purple lights he had conjured turned blue and the rooms became much darker.

Blizzard was in shock for a bit as Ticktock ran upstairs. He then dismissed his worries, "Oh man. Guys, I think we should give Ticktock some space. I mean like us, he's been through a LOT. And with what he just told us, I think we should let him cool off for now and check on him later." After a while, Blizzard walked up and knocked on Ticktock's door, "Ticky? You ok?"

Ticktock was still crying and it was perfectly clear from Blizzards perspective the sound of his crying came through the door like and explosion. In between his sobs Ticktock could be heard saying "Why?! Why did I have to do it why does everything I have in my life always get lost."

Blizzard decided that he was tired of Ticktock's sadness and opened up his door and went inside the room, "Alright Ticktock, spill. What's got you so worked up my man? What exactly was in that book?" he rapid-fired questions to Ticktock, because he couldn't stand his friends being sad.

Ticktock wiped the tears from his eyes at Blizzards multiple questions. Ticktock held up the cooking book he had used earlier "This was a present from Gale the last hearts and hooves day we spent together before the crystal it just bought back so many memories and the realisation that no matter which way I look at it I will never see her again."

Blizzard put a hoof around Ticktock and consoled him, "I know how you feel. You know at first Rarity wasn't whom I loved, or who I thought. Anyway, as a colt, I grew up with some nice fillies. But I was used and manipulated into thinking they liked me and I got dumped all the time and was done with love. That is, until I met Rarity angel love of my life who's generous and pure, but let's not go into that.

 

I said all that to say this: You're awesome Ticktock. I think your marefriend wouldn't want you to be moping around like this. Wherever she is my man, I bet she's fighting her way back to you. And -Celestia forbid- if she's...away.... then I can assure you she's watching over you from the heavens. So buck up dude. You're ok. Ok?" he said as he quickly hugged Ticktock and brohoofed him.

Ticktock sighed "I hope your right Blizzard I hope your right. Do you mind giving me a little space? I just want to be alone for a bit." Ticktock mopped over to the window where there was a telescope Ticktock started to look through it and cloud see al of Canterlot."

Blizzard grew a small grin, "Hehe. Of course dude. I'm sure you'll feel better soon. I'll be downstairs with the others. Hope to see you join us again for the feast. It's delicious! Thanks again for that by the way, and uh...well..see ya later." he walked and nearly tripped over a vase, "Whoops. I'm ok...just...goin' down..." he said as ue walked back downstairs and sat at the table continuing to eat. "Well, Ticktock's fine, don't worry about him."

After Blizzard left Ticktock poked his head out the door to make sure we was gone before going back into the room. Out od a draw he took out a piece of paper and started reading some king of writing on it before his horn's magic was a swirl of light and dark magic. The light magic made a kind of orb while the dark magic streamed into it, as the spell finished there was an orb of swirling darkness infront of Ticktock.

However, after he finished eating, Blizzard quietly snuck back upstairs to see Ticktock start doing his magic stuff. He stayed quiet, and looked through the tiny crack in between the doorway, "Woah Ticktock, what IS that?Are you gonna bring out Dark again? I better keep watch..."

Ticktock proceeded to walk up to the orb "Hello is anybody home?" To Ticktocks question a voice started to speak "Yo yo yo Ticky hows it hanging broda" The orb flashed with every word it says. Ticktock rolled his eyes "Dark are you trying to talk like the youth again because it isn't working just speak normally. I have a deal for you." Dark ever though his face was not visible cocked and eyebrow  "Hm a deal you say? Well what do you want?" Ticktock's face turned stern "I want to know what you did to Gale" Dark pondered for a moment "Gale, Gale ... Oh yes Spectral Gale lovely girl shame about what I did to her but you don't get that unless you have something to offer me in return." Ticktock sighed "I will offer you your freedom. I can turn this into a pony body and give you basic magical ability. And if you prove you can be semi reformed I will give you more power as time goes on however that is only when I find Gale so do we have a deal?"

Dark paused for a second before answering "DEAL! But since it isn't entire freedom I will give you a riddle to where she is.

Love once lost want to be found

in the classic jail so profound

to find the one who has true love for you

back where it began to find the answers too 

There you go Ticky" With that the orb dispersed and then Ticktock was left thinking about what the riddle could mean.

Tyra suddenly popped up next to Ice, pushing her face next to his. "What is going on, friend?"

 

She saw the orb flashing, a strange voice emanating from it speaking strange things, which confused.

Its riddle did not help her confusion.

 

"Who is he talking to? Why this riddle?" She inquired.

Blizzard had watched everything that had just happened and thought to himself, "I can't believe he just did that! That motherbucker can't be trusted! But I guess I'd do the same thing if it was Rarity was involved. Even if there was a risky situation...." suddenly, he felt Tyra's face against his own and whispered, "I...don't know Tyra. I think he's trying to get his marefriend, Gale, back by making a deal with dark. And the riddle is the clue to where she is...."

Ticktock started pacing around the room back and forth until he realised he had left the door opened. "Stupid door never shuts properly" As Ticktock went to shut the door he saw two eyes peaking through and almost had a heart attack ."How much of that did you guys see? HOW MUCH?!"

"all of it." he said, bluntly. "and all i can say is i thought you were smarter then that, ticktock." he sat down, and looked at him. "if that pony you struck a deal with is evil, and im fairly sure it is, then i can only say only bad things will come of this."

 

his eyes got darker as he continued. "i know a thing or two about bad deals, ticktock. even if you succeed in whatever it is your doing, how long until your other half comes back to bite you?"

Blizzard twiddled his hooves and snickered evilly before turning to Ticktock, "Hehe.. uh ahem. My man, really? Why would you trust that no good fool?! He could get you killed! I mean, how do you even know dude is really gonna help you? Sorry for peeking, but yeah we saw and heard everything. Think of what's smart though dude..."

"Aye, I agree," Tyra nodded, looking sternly toward Ticktock, "This 'Dark' is not to be trusted, part of you or otherwise!"

 

She stepped inside more, getting closer to the unicorn.

"Do not allow this dark magic to command your body and soul! Do what you think is the right thing!"

Ticktock gave a cocky smile to the three "Guys I have complete control over the deal I control how much power he gets what form he takes and he has already giving me what I need meaning I wouldn't technically have to give him anything but I am a pony of my word and even though Dark is a slimy back stabbing jerk he is honourable in fact I think that I am becoming part of his personality just and he is becoming a part of mine so the sooner he is out the sooner I can be free to live my life once more. And on that subject since you no doubt heard the riddle do you guys have any idea what it could mean?"

Tyra raised her eyebrow, unable to not feel a little sceptical over this 'deal' Ticktock mentioned.

"I am not sure, but I trust your judgement nonetheless," She decided.

 

As for the riddle, she cocked her head to the side. "It makes no sense to me...none at all..."

 

Her train of thought was brought to a halt by the appearance of Blizzard in the room, nuzzling up to her master with her hindlegs bunched together.

"I believe Blizzard needs some personal time," she chuckled, then looked to the ponies, "I shall take her outside for a while, perhaps take her for a walk."

 

She led the ice wolf out of the room.

Blizzard took note and put his trust in Ticktock, "If you say so Ticktock. But you better stay safe alright? We don't want that bastard dark on our hooves causing us more problems than we need. Ok?" He then walked back downstairs, washed his hooves froma eating, and went outside by the door.

Ticktock smiled at everyone "Thanks for trusting me guys. I promise this wont get out of hand and besides if needs come to it I can take precautions just in case." Once everybody had left Ticktock lay down on the bed thinking about what the riddle meant.

As Blizzard sat outside, he began to think about the riddle's meaning, "Hmm...Love  lost..found....classic jail.....back to where it all began? Well it's simple: It must be where Ticktock first met that mare Gale! Yeah! Wherever they first met each other. Which was, accordig to Ticktock, here at the school. But what jail.....?"

And as one by one of our heroes walked out side of Ticktock tower they could see it was stil beautifull morning,no danger no cloud on sky.And no Scarlet on sight,it was good day and our heroes could do what ever they fell like doing.

 

(Like I said some time ago,you can leader group some where if they like it.If you cant think of some thing I will make some event ot something for y guys to do)

Red had been silent. Ticktock's mare-friend, his revealing of dark, his amazing cooking, had all struck her dumb individually. Now she just followed the other ponies out, attempting to translate the riddle. She didn't know this mare, but she would do her best to help him find her. She seemed very important to him. And if he had a pony to fight for, he would be even more powerful. And perhaps dark would not be able to take him over as easily-- perhaps.

Ticktock walked up to his wardrobe and got himself another suit and tie identical to the one he had worn through out his adventure and walked down to the library. After taking a few random books out a little safe appeared in the wall. Ticktock opened it and got out a diamond shaped crystal with a crystal ring floating around it. He laid it down on his desk and it began to hover in place and all Ticktock did was stair at it.
