Radiant was ready to manifest his blade at the sight of a large wolf approaching him, but then lowered his weapon as he saw the beast's body language was not that of aggression. "Hmm... and why are you out here in a swamp, certainly no natural habitat for a wolf." He said curiously as he could make out the sound of something else approaching from where the wolf came from.

 

Radiant walked past the wolf and begun heading toward the source of the noise.

Blizzard simply began walking with Radiant back the way she came, and her owner came trotting around a corner not too long after.

 

"What did you fi--" Tyra began, before stopping to let out a loud, long gasp. Her old friend  had returned! "RADIANT!"

 

She stampeded up to the stallion and glomped him, throwing her forelegs around his neck tight.

"How have you been, my friend?!" She squeaked, grinning ear to ear, "It has been such a long time!"

Radiant's head cocked back as he saw Tyra, not that he was surprised to see her, more so surprised to see her with such a companion.

 

Before he could react Radiant found himself being embraced by Tyra who was elated to see him. He let out a sigh at the realization that she hadn't changed. "I've fine and yes it has been a while I've been very busy." He said as he used his magic to pry Tyra's grip from around his neck. "How have you faired in your venture?"

 

Once the captain was free he begun walking back the direction from where Tyra came from.

Storm smiled when the team finally brightened up again after having listened to Rarity assuring them that they were truly heroes. He followed the group, still as quiet as he always is, into the swamp. He began to hover into the air and scanned around the place, until Tyra called them all over to look at something. He swore to have seen somepony in the swamp during his flight, but he shrugged it off as an illusion. By when he landed next to the group, the corridor would have already been opened, revealing a dark corridor. "A light source would be nice in there. Who knows what is lurking in the dark down there." He thought out loud, looking back to the group.

 

Storm waited at the entrance of the corridor along with Twilight and the whole group when Tyra suddenly bolted off with Bizzard. 'I wonder if Blizzard found the scent of the stallion I have noticed during my flight...' He looked around and then spotted Tyra returning with her wolf and a stallion. "So he wasn't an illusion then." He mumbled to himself, watching the trio walking over.

Tyra blinked as she was pried off of Radiant with his magic, but grinned excitedly anyway. She was too happy to see her old friend to care magic was being used on her; besides, she knew he wouldn't attack her with it.

 

She safely plopped back down to earth on her hooves and gazed up at him, eyes sparkling.

"Oh, so much has happened since we last saw each other!" She squeaked, "There was an arena I fought in, and a city attack by sky pirates, and a party with the Princesses where we fought metal pony soldiers, and a tower we had to fight our nightmares in, and--"

 

She suddenly paused as she spotted Blizzard sitting loyally at her side in her peripheral vision.

"Oh, you two have not met!" She grinned, and looked at the wolf, "Blizzard, this is Radiant Sentinel, an old friend of mine. Radiant, this is my pet ice wolf, Blizzard!"

Ice had stopped moving and looked behind him. He wondered what was taking the others so long and if they were even moving. He walked back a little and spoke loud enough for them all to hear, "Hey! You guys coming or what? Tyra? What are you doing? Let's get moving."

Radiant continued forward glancing back at Tyra. "That's sounds quite eventful, I did hear of your visit to Canterlot and I have to say I wasn't pleased to hear how one member acted in the presence of the royal sisters." He said, his gaze shifting to the big wolf. "Blizzard huh? Well it's nice to see you have yourself a companion."

 

"Speaking of blizzards, is ice blizzard still around or did he go and get himself killed?" He asked a second before hearing the pony's voice in the distance. "Well I suppose that answers my question..."

"Aye," Tyra chirped, grinning with pride at the wolf, "I have had Blizzard since we were both young!"

 

The ice wolf's tail wagged as she gave Radiant a soft lick on the cheek, signifying that she knew the stallion meant no harm.

 

Her ears flicked as Ice's yelling was heard. She rolled her eyes.

"Aye, but lately all he has wanted to do is 'get going'. He is, what you mainland ponies call, a 'broke recording'...?"

The stallion continued to approach the cave and out of the corner of his eye he caught the site of two other mares. He recognized them as twork of the element bearers, Rarity and Twilight.

"What..." Twilight started when she seen new stalion with Tyra.For a moment she thinked this litle mare betreyed the others but she relaised she seen this new stalion around the castel.And because of thet she thinked thet Celestia sended him to see whay are they not back yet. "So...whay are you here?" Twilight said with lower voice as she relaised thet he also can be here because of thet mission they had and thet our heroes falled to do.

 

 

But on the other hand,Rarity did not know this new stalion at all.She did move a litle to the right,litle more behaind the Twilight - as she relaise she know this stilion for some reson.

Ice turned around to see a familiar face, "Well well. If it isn't Raiderbro. Finally get outta Celly's castle to rejoin us eh?" He laughed then walked up to Radiant with a sincere look on his face, "I missed ya dude. Glad you're back. The team wasn't the same without you."

Ticktock also turned around to see Radiant "Well, well, well look what the cat dragged... sorry i ment wolf dragged in. Nice to see you again Radiant how have you been?" Ticktock then turned to Ice and lightly slapped him across the head "Dude show a little respect to the princess."

Radiant stepped forward standing at attention. A leather band ran across his chest where four metal hits were fastened and over his back was a saddlebag emblazoned with the royal guard captain's insignia. Around his neck was wrapped a red scarf that was slightly tattered from the previous years.

 

Radiant turned to Twilight and bowed his head to her. "Princess I'm Radiant Sentinel, the captain that superceded your brother when he became prince of the crystal empire, as well as the royal sister's personar guard. I was sent to rejoin this group because I helped them previously until I was called away for other responsibilies by princess Celestia." He explained as he held his head back up. "Lady Rarity, it is a pleasure to meet you in person as well."

 

He then turned to blizzard who presented a new name designation. "Raiderbro? I think I'd prefer you old name of Raid." He said. "But it's nice to see you again and still alive."

 

The captain then looked to tick tick. "A pleasure to see you as well, perhaps we can reestablish a new first impression since last we had the chance I wasn't myself."

Ticktock smiled at Radiant "Well if you insist i'll never drop a chance to make myself look good!" Ticktock then did a small chuckle before continuing "Names Ticktock Starblast, my special talent is magic and something new i'm pretty good at is using a sword. Anyway a pleasure to meet you...again Radiant!" Ticktock then did a small salute to him before holding out a hoof.

"All right." Twilight said,her fear did not come true,and this new stalion named Radiant was not here to see whay or how they falled.Twilight sighed,and almost forgot on this mistry cave thet was behaind them now.

 

But Rarity did not,she smailed and then said "We can do this,later I do belive.Time is not on our side,and if some thing is in there.By now it probably digged in and is waiting."

Tyra couldn't help but grin widely at seeing her old friend return and be welcomed back into the team so quickly. It was like he had never left!

 

She looked over at Twilight and blinked at her impatient insistence to keep moving. She whispered up to Radiant, "She sounds just like Ice..."

Ice smiled at Radiant and nodded, "If you say so, dude. It's still great to have you back. I missed the serious type stallion that you were on our team."

 

He rolled his eyes at Ticktock, "Come on. Even Celly herself gets out of her castle every once in a while." He then looked at Twilight, "yeah yeah. We're moving...." he said as he began walking.

Storm watched the new stallion, radiant as he introduced himself to Princess Twilight and Ticktock. It seemed that Tyra and Ice had known him from somewhere. "I agree, let's go." He nodded when rarity reminded the group to start getting into the cave, walking into the dark corridor with the group. He hadn't had his chance to talk to the royal guard, but probably when they were all done with this cave.

Radiant rolled his eyes slightly out of humor at ticktock's response. "It's a pleasure." He responded before turning to Rarity and Twilight only to nod his head at them.

 

The captain then begun heading into the cave. "I agree we've spent too much time loitering, so let us move forward." He said before casting his light spell allowing a beam of light to originate from his horn as to illuminate the cave. "What is our objective, if somepony could brief me?"

Ticktock did a little jump and turned "Yep lets get going, we dont want to have any enemies ambush us while we're standing around do we?" Ticktock then began to enter the cave before stopping and drawing his sword "Probably best to expect a fight after we've go in, everypony be on your guard!"

Tyra and Blizzard brought up the rear as the others entered the cave. It was a little cramped for the wolf, who had to bunch herself up a bit, but the diminutive mare had plenty of shoulder room.

 

"We are looking for some kind of probes, I believe," Tyra explained to Radiant, blinking, "I am not too sure, honestly."

Our heroes did not walk true this cave too long before they have enter in one big room,and despite what Rarity thinked,there was no one in here thet was waiting for our heroes - this room,just like the rest of this cave was empty with no friend or foe on sight.But unlike the rest of the cave,this room looked like some one,or some thing, was living here.On frst look it looked like this room was quait messy with books and papers scattered on the flore and the walls.There was also one bad in the midle of this room thet looked like it was used,but when it was used could not been told as like the rest of the room it was an big mess.On the north wall there was something thet looked like big screen,it was simular like the one Scarlet used back when she had chaptured Princess Luna.There was also one drawing on the ceiling,it was one colored - deep green,it looked like it was drawing of some sort of a dragon thet was in mid flight,and by looks of it,it was much larger then anny dragon thet lived on Equestria, but this could just be simply be something,one thet lived here,drawed out of boringness.

 

If some one is to close inspect this room,there was a lot of thing to find some usefull and some not so much.

 

On the left wall,from were our heroes were standing there were lot of white papers with lot of wroten things on them.And by looks of it lot of this notepook papers had our heroes name on them.On frst one,closes to our heroes was wroten: -Name: Tyra Shatterhoof, Race: Weakling, History: noting interesting, How to defeat it: Blackmail , Danger: If not alone , Threat level: 73.- , on the second one there was wroten -Name:Ticktock Starblast, Race: Nerd, History: Unnecessary , How to defeat it: Fear, Danger: If have a friend , Threat level: 57 - ,and then comes the next page -Name:Ice...something. Race: Nerd, History: Something can be usefull -> see book O.T page 39. How to defeat it: Boost his confidence, Danger: From time to time. Threat level - 46 to 55 - and after comes another page -Name:Caliber,Race: Monster, History: ... ... ... , How to defeat it: Kill his friends, Danger: Yes, Threat level: 67 - after this there comed another page  -Name: Fur Shdw , History: dead , Race: critters? , How to defeat it: Strik it with hammer until it die, Danger:    ,Threat level: -1 - then there were two pages thet were almost conected,on frst one there was wroten - Name: Color, History: got noting, Race: Weekling  ,How to defeat it: Need more information, Danger: Currently no, Threat level: 21 -, and  second page was half wroten - Name: ? ,  History: ? , Race: Nerd, How to defeat it: Need more information , Danger: Currently no, Threat level : 3 -. Then there was another page - Name : R-Guard, Race: Nerd , History: He have run back to his litle princess, How to defeat it: Not needed, Danger: No, Threat level: 0 - and another,now the lest page -Name: Doc, Race: Weekling, History: ??? , How to defeat it: Use its wepons vs him, Danger: Unknown , Threat level - 10 to 30.-

 

On the west part of the room,there were lot of books about lesser races of the Equestria.Some of the name's were races our heroes meet on there litle adveuntre -Djinn,Diamond dog-.On the wall there were some sort of plans with names of lesser races thet were wroten on the books below.It was wroten -Diamond dog + Flame legion = Molten allianse. How to make: Use fancy words. Reward : Drilling equipment . Chance of falling : 0% . Pirates + Technology = Aetherblade's How to make: Show them power or Blackmail Mai Trin. Reward: Personal armada Chance of falling: 13%.  Djinn + Siren = Toxic alianse  How to make: improvise   Reward: Miasma  Chance of falling: 67% - .  Next to this page there was an book named : Making steam and if opened there was one page with something thet looked like and wach-knigh but it looked like a monster, there was one name under the page -Ceara. 

 

Under the bead there was one notebook,thet looked like it was trown under there ages ago.If opened our heroes could find out thet this was some one's jurnal.And if they would to read it they would read -Entry 23,date 23.4 ///  I wake from nightmares—screaming, Confused, and scared. It's getting worse.I've decided to talk to a mender. I've probably just been working too hard. /// Entry 25 date 27.4 //// Every night, the same terrors. It nEver changes. The mender was unable to help me, and I feeL like I'm losing control of myself. /// Entry 26 date 28.4 //// When the nightmare starts, an entity calls to me. I run—run into a sea of darkness. And if the big screen was looked closer there would be found one putton thet if pressed would turn it on.But after turning on,there was an four letter passwort thet was needed to contineu working.

As soon as Ticktock entered the room he blinked "Well... I certainly wasn't expecting this."

 

Ticktock then noticed what looked like a book of some sort under the bed and went to investigate "Well, well, well, what do we have here then?" Ticktock grabbed the book with his magic and began to read through it "Well that is interesting." He then turned to the rest of the group "Guys if this is Scarlett's home and this is her book I'm starting to wonder how much of this is really her fault." Ticktock then turned the book to the others "Read this."

Ice stepped forward, "Hm....lemme see that, egghead."

 

He snatched the book and began to flip through the pages, "Oh gosh....well...this certainly changes things up a bit now doesn't it?" He was practically shocked, "Ticker....what does this mean? Like....is she not a bad guy?"

Ticktock put a hoof to his chin and began to think "Well maybe, but then again maybe not, the book describes her losing control of herself however I cant really say for sure without more information and as much as I hate to admit it we might need to get that information from Scarlett herself and even then we have no guaranty that she will tell the truth. So for the time being until we know more it might be best that we not kill her."
