request Hey.. Could anypony finish this drawing for me?

I know it probably seems like a weird request.. But I'm not very good at drawing and this is the furthest I could get with a base. I need somepony to add his horn and wings if you don't mind. Trust me, I've tried time and time again, but I'm just never happy with it. Whether you just want to take this picture and add the details as I suggested or you want to completely draw him from scratch yourself, I really don't mind. Sorry for making such a pathetic request..
