1. Well, somewhat. They can see the thread and touch it, but it cannot be cut or severed in any way. It only can be interacted with by the two it is related to, i.e. you won't trip over somepony on the street with your thread, because as far as they are concerned it doesn't exist.

2.They tend to dictate romantic bonds, but, if it doesn't work out, it can link to friendship as well.

3. It depends on how the roleplayer chooses to take the roleplay.

4. Modern day Ponyville, or the AU equivalent where the threads exist

5. Possibly, if there is another pony of the opposite gender that shows interest.

I'd say that the string stretches for infinity, yet as you go further away the string tends to get tighter and try to pull you back to the other pony. However, once the bond has been gratified and acceptance has been reached on both ends of the party the string disappears, as it's purpose is to bring ponies together.

Physical Description:He's a light indego-ish, his coat fades to a sky blue near his hooves. pony .He isn't very strong...or nimble, flying straight is a bit of a challenge,

Backstory (A little more about your character):As a foal he lived a rough life being separated from his parents early on. He was shuffled around to wherever there was a pony willing to take care of the mischievous occasionally violent pegasus. Despite this he grew into what appeared to be a somewhat healthy good natured cheerful pony. He always looked up to the other pegasus who boasted amazing flight skills, but he himself was too clumsy to ever really get the hang of it. The other half of is flight problem is the fact that despite it looking normal, his left eye is mostly blind. One part bad genetics, two parts childhood injury, the only blurry sight that comes from the left side is his peripheral, the rest is black. He's a very out going individual, and because of his love of flight and clumsiness can usually either be found in the sky or in bandages.

Physical Description: Twinkfeather is an odd color somewhere between purple and mauve with a coat that fades to a sky blue near his hooves. He wears his Indigo mane at a moderate length, naturally swept back from flying. His eyes are teal in color, and he himself is slender in build, and not very tall.

I don't have a link to it...this rp system is very very...different from what I'm used to.

also as of yesterday My computer is toast and I'm stuck on mobile. The registry files are corrupt and it won't accept a disc or USB device so I'm going to have to order an adapter online in order to repair it.
