So you need to create a separate page for your character in order to use them in RPs in the Equestrian Empire. I was wondering, are you allowed to make a Equestrian Empire page for your character without an Everfree Empire page and use them in an Everfree Empire Roleplay?

That would be up to individual RP owner, really. There's no rule against it at all. Heck, there's a lot of Everfree Empire RP's where people are using characters they made up on the spot and don't bother entering into the character database.

Yes, you are allowed. However it doesn't really make too much sense as it means your character will have to undergo an approval process just like any other, whereas if you created it in EvE DB that wouldn't be the case.

 

It only makes sense if you want to have a character that will work in both subsections (EqE and EvE). If that's what you're going for - go ahead. If not... Well, we can't stop you from doing so either way
