I don't think that intro ever gets old. Even before FIM, I always had the MLP jingle stuck in my head and I'm sure everypony has hummed it at one point in their life. I absolutely can't stand it when people hate things they don't give a chance (which it's fine if they still don't like it, it's just the principle of the matter to try something before you form an opinion!). Believe me, it's not like I sit there on that hellhole of a forum just to get insulted and stuff. I left it for months before and now I'm leaving it for good. Never gonna go back there, I thought if I left it alone for a few months things might get better but they only stayed the same so I'm no longer going back. I know the value of walking away, I just don't always obey cuz it's not the first thought that comes to mind. But at the same time I always feel the need to defend myself. He decided long ago that he would hate the show just because it's pink and ponies and "pedo material" (through his eyes) I thought I learned to pick my battles when I was on Gamefaqs, looks like there's still some I unintentionally walk straight into. Personally, I'd do my best to ignore him, and drop all contact with him. He'll either come to and stop being an ignorant flankhat and try the show sincerely, or keep on calling us "paedo furries". Either way, it won't matter to you because he won't be your problem anymore and you'll win in the end. Also, not a shameless plug I swear, but this makes me think of another hater.
