While I don't have a Wii U and don't personally plan on getting one anytime soon I would have to say my favorite one would have to be the Yoshi's Wooly World amiibo.  It is actually made of yarn and is soo adorable.  I want it!

My favorite is Pikachu because it's one of the only Amiibo I have at the moment. However my other favorites are Ness, Lucario, Pit, Mario, Mewtwo, and Lucas.
