Pony Gift Exchange

Hi everypony!

 

I just wanted to let you all know that today, I got an email from Reddit.com. More specificaly the /gifts department! Many of you may not know this but on the gifts sub reddit, they do gift exchanges every month or other month or so. What it is is that you sign up, you are pulled into a pool and when sign ups are over, you are automatically paired with a random person you will never know. Everyone is anonymous. You read the profile for the gift exchange they filled out and everypony goes out and buys a gift and mails it to them! Every once in a while someone gets burnt and some people like the gifts elves and others repair to help make sure as many ponies get gifts as possible. The goal is for everypony to get something because everypony shipped something!

 

Why should you care about this?

 

One of this months exchanges is a My little Pony Exchange! So everypony goes out and reads the anonymous profile they got paired to and we buy each other Something cool that they may like! Than when you get your gift! You take a picture and tell everypony how cool you think it is! Some ponies have gotten some REALLY amazing stuff before! During the Christmas exchange, in the last two years it has ran, someone got the LITERAL Bill Gates as the person that sent them a gift! He usually gives them the gift of a donation to a charity in their name!

 

 

I wanted to tell everypony here about this because we can all sign up for it and maybe we might be paired with each other!

I did the Christmas one this year and i go an apple itunes gift card i don't recommend doing this if were trying to get each other best bet would to create a hat and throw a whole bunch of usernames from this site and their address. we Just one person who could keep the personal info a secret and we should be good.The odds of getting each other in Reddit would be about 1 in 100,000. So best bet is exchanges with this site only.
