Would buying one toy be a addiction to buying more?

It depends on your self control.

For me, it would.

I would buy a Rainbow Dash plushie and think "Hey, might as well get Applejack to go with her" then "But what about Twi, she's the main character after all" then "Well, I already got half of the mane 6, might as well get them all" and finally "But what are the mane 6 without some background ponies?" and so on.

But that's just me. I am addictive like that :v

Wouldnt happen to someone like me, since  i find the idea of collecting to be pointless.

Even if i´d buy one, i personally would think something among the lines of "okay, and what am i gonna do with it now, besides looking at it for a couple of seconds, and then putting it on the shelf for eternity?"

You should just look at your own personality and judge by that.

Decoration. You don't Collect anything? It is similar to wall pictures and paintings. They aren't really used for much either besides sitting there and to be looked at. Who knows sometimes when your feeling down seeing your favorite pony may pick you back up.

I kind of feel the same way Sceethe does, collecting isn't everyone's hobby. Trying to convince someone they should do that, its really up to the individual if they want to or not. I do mostly rock collections, so MLP related items wouldn't change my view of it.

You can get addicted to one toy just as you can get addicted to many. All that depends is how much self-control you have, and how deep you're willing to search your wallet.

Not for me because I don't have the money for buying all the toys I want yet. Plus, I mostly want plushies that are based off my favorite ponies and there are ponies that I'm not interested in buying. I'm also not into figures. Unless you are addicted to pony toys like some kids in the 90's were addicted to Beanie Babies, then it probably won't be an addiction because you said you just want a few of your favorites.

All my life needed was a sense of someplace to go. I don't believe that one should devote his life to morbid self-attention. I believe that someone should become a person like other people.
