For some reason, my roommate's Poniverse account is synced with my MLPF account

My roommate's Poniverse account AND my own Poniverse account are both synced with my account on here.

She now cannot create her own account on here because I made a mistake when I registered. We both have our emails saved on auto-fill on my computer settings (she doesn't have her own laptop), and as we both have Gmail accounts, I often don't notice when we are signed in to HER email instead of mine.

When I registered on here (which automatically sent me to Poniverse), I accidentally selected HER email address, and when it sent the activation email, I went to Gmail and didn't think to check who was signed in. Upon realizing my error, I changed the email on my Poniverse account.

WELL.... she was checking her email and asked about the Poniverse message, and I explained about the forums. She likes the show, so she got excited and went to create an account. Naturally, she was careful to select her own email address. And her Poniverse account was created.

But NOW, when she tries to sign in on here, it redirects her to Poniverse, and she signs in on there. Then when she signs into the forums from there, it send her to my account on here  >_>

I've tried signing out of this account and my Poniverse account and having her try to sign back in under her own name NUMEROUS times, and it keeps doing the same thing.

The only thing I can think of for why this might be happening is the issue with us both initially signing up with the same email address. But I have done everything I can possibly think of to remedy the situation, and the system just seems intent on keeping me linked to 2 Poniverse accounts. We need this fixed. .

I even got two messages from Mailmare entitled "Welcome to MLP Forums, Dreampuff! "

One when I signed up and one when she did.

Sign off MLPF and then go to Poniverse and then sign off there.

Also, open a support ticket if that doesn't work and I'll address the other ideas there.

What is a support ticket? I've tried signing out of both  :(

The "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page, which leads here. Once you have made a ticket, we have a direct and private line to you which is often necessary for these scenarios, as we may need to ask some questions. Once you make a ticket and explain your problem, I or one of our other sysfolk will be able to fix the accounts.
