movies/tv Are Companies even taking their businesses seriously?

So I've seen plenty of commercials where the companies don't even try to show off the car or product they're selling. Car commercials in general seem to be making their cars sound like toys than actually trying to present them. Its so funny i can't even take them seriously.

Car commercials (most commercials, really) are not about trying to sell you a product. They are about being memorable so that when you eventually decide to buy a car, you're more likely to choose the ones featured in the commercials you remember seeing on TV. For example, if you ask random people to name a car company on the spot, you may notice that younger people say tend to say Kia more often than other brands. Why? Because of those damn hamsters from their commercials. I, myself, will never buy a Kia because I think they are pretty mediocre cars, but I will never be able to forget those chubby hamsters and their stupidly memorable commercials. So, in that regard, Kia accomplished their goal. That's how most commercials are intended to work.

Ain't much I can do but I do what I can, But I'm not a fool there's no need to pretend

And just because you got yourself in some shi-, It doesn't mean I have to come deal with it

Ain't much I can do, but I do what I can, But what can I do if I do till it's gone?

^pretty much.

Most of the time it aint even about the product, its just about advertising the company and getting the brand stuck in your head.
