My character would also live in the everfree forest he had lived there most his life his parents were going through the forest when he had wondered off as a foal and he got lost they never found him though they searched for months for him he was raised by a more docile pack of timber wolves and thats how he learned his plant manipulation magic

If Beraha's also in the Everfree Forest, then it's possible you know the two of them as well.  (Bear in mind that you and Hidden Antler may be a bit wary of each other if you still have a kinship with the timber wolves.  He hunts monsters, after all.)

His pack died off of natural causes (the magic that kept em together weakened to the point they couldn't stay together but at that time his magic wasnt strong enough to help) so he no longer has his connection with timber wolves

Yeah, I assumed she meant you.  Beraha does have the Herb Lore skill, though, so that might provide a connection for you to get the herbs she was talking about.

She has seen Beraha before but never worked up the courage to talk to him. am having her as a bit of a Fluttershy type when it comes to social things.

She is most comfortable around ponies she knows who aren't pegasi. But even if your chara is one she has known you long enough to have gotten over her shyness towards you.

Wilhelm:  I assume Wilhelm lives and/or works in Canterlot, but I just wanted to make sure.  It also suddenly occurs to me that given his position, he should probably have a level of Rank (5 points advantage), and an accompanying Duty (-5 point disadvantage), and luckily that means no point adjustment needs to be made.

Yes, he lives in Canterlot and works there as well.

Considering his former position, he's pretty high up in the MoD. I'm still working on a official sort of rank, but I know he's one of the engineering/scientific/magical experts and specialists who work directly for the princess and act as an intermediary with the designers.

 

Oh, and my own little headcanon:

 

After the assassination attempt and the reappearance of the Crystal Empire, Equestria has begun to undergo a massive military buildup. Previously unthinkable weapons have been contracted and designed, all fueled by Cadance's relentless paranoia and delusional behavior. In these benighted days, the roar of propeller engines has become a infrequent constant for the inhabitants of Equestria as more and more ships fly to unknown destinations. It is rumored that a draft may be instituted, but so far, it is merely a rumor. Also going around are sayings of a new class of warship, with enough power to wipe a town the size of Ponyville utterly off the map. To the ponies working on it, like Wilhelm, the designation of Harmony-class is a incredibly ironic joke.

 

((I believe that it would be rather cool if there was a dungeon where we sabotaged the project and prevented it from ever entering service until we fix Equestria's destiny.))

 

I'll post pictures of the more common warships and the Harmony-class prototype later, when I can get on PonyMC to take screenshots.

This is the Harmony-Class Prototype:

 

And this is the Arrow-Class, a simple patrol airship that's basically carp against anyone with a big enough cannon, but is used because it's hella intimidating to the average pony.

 

For a sense of scale, the same engine pods used on the Arrow are used on the Harmony.

Ah gosh. I could have sworn I was following the OOC here. Alright, fixed that part up real quick.

 

To answer the question, though Alex likes to visit Ponyville from time to time. She's having a bit of a currency problem so she hasn't really been there in a while, I was just about to put a response over there about it, but that can wait a bit (Edit: sorry, forgot to mention that it had to wait cuz I was about to make my way back home. I'll post in a sec.). She currently lives in Las Pegasus.

 

I know that the meeting area is over near there and I just said she has money issues, but she does has enough saved up right now for a trip to Ponyville. She just locks it up some place separate from her daily use money so as to not tempt herself with it unless she really needs the bits. So this would be one of those cases.
