Depends. Way too many versions of each character to rate appropriately. :/ I know Catwoman better than Black Cat, as I leant more towards DC back in the day. That's about all I've got.

I am a HUGE Marvel fan. DC never appealed to me. However, I feel Catwoman is far more interesting and developed imo
