request Is it possible for this to be outlined or drawn on and LOOK like 2d?

I am curious if it's possible to work off of a 3d base model, like drawing over it as a guide, and it actually look like 2d art.

 

If someone can show me how to do it I would very much appreciate it.

It's possible. You just need to figure out what angles require lines and what doesn't.
