Banned because I had that too once - and learned quickly to use chlorhexidine digluconate and/or zinc oxide paste to patch things up long enough to get to the dentist. Once is more than enough (and only significant doses of codine phosphate got me though that zay... erm, I mean sane)

The first one? yes; most of the ones recommended for dental healing after surgery have quite a lot of it, most of the "frequent use" mouthwashes have little or none. Corsadol (the brand I use daily) has 0.2% by volume; pharmacies carry 1% mouthwash for sale over the counter without prescription, and higher percentages with a prescription.

Zinc oxide is a temporary filling material, and the same stuff the dentists themselves will use for an emergency appointment; if you lose a filling or get a cavity elsewise, you can make sure its clean first, then pack it yourself (you literally bite the stuff into place like gum, or press it in with a tool if it isn't on the biting surface. it is antibacterial, and hopefully stops anything getting in (at least until you can get an appointment)
