Banned because the first sentence can be explained as their universe having different laws of physics to ours :P

Even if they are magical, they were not brought into existence by magical means... Therefore, they are still biological beings and not purely magical.

Also, love is an emotion, not a spell :crackle:

Banned because all ponies are magical, but not all magic is spells - earth ponies have inherent magic, and pegasus ponies have wingpower.
