The one you never want to get whether it be that it's too tedious, you really don't want to see that one ending, it's totally embarrassing to have it, etc.

 

I have had quite a few games where there is always that one achievement I can never bring myself to get. Both Tales of Xillia 2 and Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2 have one that involves getting the bad ending. Something I could never do because bad endings make me feel quite horrible on the inside. The sadness of the situation that I caused really gets to me...

 

100% Orange Juice has quite a few tedious ones mainly because it heavily relies on luck. My least favourite being "Your Home Is My Home". It requires you winning a game without visiting your home base. I never bothered trying to get that one because luck is never on my side.

Both Darksiders games have trophies that I either dread or have no way of ever achieving. The first has the last trophy I need to get Platinum, which involves killing enough enemies during an on-rail shooting flying segment, where even on the highest difficulty there are just barely enough enemies to do so. 

 

The second has the side-quest "Sticks and Stones", where you have to hunt down dozens and dozens of tiny stone shards littered throughout the game. What's especially bad is not only is this side-quest required if you want to get the trophy for doing all side-quests, but if you miss it you have to do it and every other side-quest all over again in New Game+ and your only indicator to the stones locations is an item that emits a light humming noise that can easily be drowned out by the music at times. I had to look up a guide to even come close to doing this one, as the first time I played I barely found half the stones even after searching for them.
