searching Murmers of impending doom (1+1 recorded RP)

two passerby ponies see a heavily wounded pegasus, coming from the general area of the mountains, crashland near ponyville and start asking questions about what happened. The pegasus was very weak and could only manage the words; "a devillish pony has awoken, please... inform the... the...". He is unable to continue his sentence and falls unconscious while bleeding heavily. The two ponies quickly bring the fallen pegasus to the hospital for treatment and are currently in the main lobby after just having seen the victim being driven into ER.

What choices will they make now that they heard this?
