request Can Anypony Make My OC Look more Show-Like

After more than 2 hours trying to make a generic Pony OC avatar using Pony Bases with microsoft paint,I Can't get the mane look good,and the sheriff's hat covers the ear a little bit,And it does not have a show-like appearance. 

 

Would anyone be kind enough to help me with this,i want my OC without eyelashes,have grey eyes and a normal pose,or sitting down.The OC's Cutiemark is in the picture

Thats nice,but i meant 'like the show'

Like an Normal pony base like mine with a proper mane drawing with a pose like standing up,basically just like background ponies in Friendship is magic.

Download Inkscape.  It's free & there are tons of pony related youtube videos for creating show accurate images.   There's a bit of a learning curve, but in a month I've created several images including this latest one of Rarity. 

Why have someone else do it if you can do it yourself?

personality:Ambivert

Gender:well since i don't want eyelashes and i want it to be my main OC.Male

Excellent,but my mane is like rainbow dash's mane with light blue,2ndly,nice hat but my oc is a sheriff :c.but overall nice

Eheh, you should have specified how the mane and hat should have looked in your first post before asking people to draw it.

Or in any post, really. 

I'm sorry, but I don't know what you mean by 'adjust' the cutie mark, I am unable to vector so this is the best I can draw it. ^^;
