Problems with livestream procaater

Okay, so I've been trying to stream on livestream with procaster, but most times it starts up, it stalls and crashes about 3/4 of the way through starting the program.

 

Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have a solution?

 

I also need to keep a stored copy of the show. I'm running on Windows 8.1 with an i7 chip. I've streamed fine with OBS and Twitch, but this has been a bear.
