Silly filly, your whole statement is wishy washy. Rainbow Dash is, arguably, Pinkie Pie's best friend. But during Party of One, when she was "Pinkamena", it didn't really matter for her, and she fought back against coming with here.

This is my proof that Pinkie Pie would protect Rainbow Dash from Pinkamena.
