Great guy, McCloud, but not me. What does a typical day look like for you? I usually wake up right before sunrise, make my breakfast, and climb to the top of my lighthouse to check the fire, eat, and watch the sunrise. The rest of the morning is maintaining the lighthouse. I polish the mirrors, clean the windows, check the brickwork and stairways for damage or mold and mildew, and take stock of my supplies (firewood, lantern oil, replacement bricks, beams, and boards). I keep the radio on so I can hear the latest news and music, and keep my mind occupied while I work. Lunch is usually something easily portable, and I spend the afternoon gathering wood for the lighthouse, and walking through the forest or along the beach. Evenings are my free time, and I usually do some reading, work out a little bit, and make some jewelry out of wire, leather, or whatever I found that afternoon. Once a week I'll go into town to visit my friends, pick up supplies for the lighthouse, do my shopping, and sell whatever I've made or found that week to one of the local shops. I usually spend most of the afternoon in town, then head home right before it gets dark. 1 I've gotta keep on moving.I got troubles on my mind. Each day I'm getting stronger. My exact species is questionable, since I was not born as a fox, and I'm hesitant to let any kind of expert near me, for fear of becoming a scientific curiosity. Where do you get the scarf? My mother made it for me. I'd lost it when we moved away from the house where we lived when I was young, but it was still in a box in the attic when I got back. I guess the previous owners never went up there. I've worn it since . . . well, let's not worry about that. My mother knows I still have it, and we still talk about it from time to time. I have a lot of mag-fi, fantasy, and comic books, but I also like history and historical fiction, and I occasionally dabble in mystery. When I go into town I'll usually pick up a newspaper and a couple of magazines. I subscribe to Magic Monthly, The Laypony's Guide to Stealth, Pone Magazine, and Crystal Empire Magazine. I try to keep up with Magic Theory, and buy at least one magic manual per year, but more for the technical and theoretical aspects than for the practical applications. There's just something about being a fox that makes running and jumping and climbing super fun to do. Ever hear of runner's high? It's something like that. Other than that, my favorite thing to do is find someplace quiet, preferably with a nice view of the area, and meditate a little bit. It's not really meditation in the traditional sense-No clearing of the mind, or anything like that-but more getting my thoughts in order. A chance to calm down and reflect on life. Also do you posses any magic? Even though in my opinion a fox in itself is very magical! ^-^ I mentioned above that I can change between being a fox and a unicorn. This is a physical, magical transformation, not simply an illusion. I am as much a pony as I am a fox. While I can't use unicorn magic in fox form, my transformation between the two is activated in a similar way, and that's all I have to say about it. In unicorn form, I can do the typical levitation/telekinesis spells, though I'm not particularly strong in that area. My cutie mark gives me the ability to create and manipulate magical light sources. While most unicorns can cast light spells, many of those are limited to the horn or the area immediately around it. That is not the case with my magic. Not only can I light areas away from myself, I can "set and forget" a lightsource that, while it will continue to draw magic from me, doesn't need my direct attention. I can have these lights float in place, move in patterns, or attach to objects or even other ponies! Sorry about that, I always get a little excited when talking about magic.
