There are several MLP artists out there and there are some favorites I have.

Centchi - sticks to MLP style, has adorable chibi ponies, beautiful shading. Did Artwork for Bronycon 2014/2015

Jojuki-chan - beautiful shading, tends to stick to MLP style.

Looji - Has the most adorable style, her humanized ponies are just awesome, doesn't do as much MLP work now

tsitra360 - beautiful painting skills, somewhat sticks to MLP style

There are quite a few pony artists that I fangirl over, but KP-ShadowSquirrel is one of my favorites because I love his coloring and shading styles! Another is StePandy for the same reasons. I've been a fan of her work since before she started drawing a lot of ponies. She has such cute stuff! ^^

Yakovlev- Astonishing backgrounds, effects and utilization of bright colors. His tutorials are quite helpful.

AssassinMonkey- A professional in al rights, amazing shading. He gives a lot of tips during his streams with Silfoe.

Br1nEater- Meticulous, espacially when it comes with fur shading. An amazing artist and a humble one as well, he gave me personal advise once and I'm inexpresably thankful for that.

These three are the paradigm of inspiration and motivation for me. As Holden Caulfield (J.D. Salinger) once said:

“What really knocks me out is a book that, when you're all done reading it, you wish the author that wrote it was a terrific friend of yours and you could call him up on the phone whenever you felt like it. That doesn't happen much, though.”

Of course, you might think that such a phrase is wortless here, as it is mentioning writers, but it is truly the same feeling I get with these people.

I at one time kept a list of some really awesome artists, included a section on MLP-related artists. A few of these have already been mentioned:

Keponii - Rather interesting style with a just lovely grasp on rough-yet-beautiful backgrounds/environments. Not quite as pony-centric as the other five.

KP-ShadowSquirrel - Awesome and interesting; Quartz Aegis already pointed 'em out.  ;)

Egophiliac - Author of Moonstruck, and overall just has an adorable gallery of pony art.

Equestria-Prevails - Probably my favorite of this list. It looks like they too showstyle/anatomy, converted it into a non-vector counterpart, then just let the style evolve into something with even more flare and detail. Also, they do awesome bat ponies.

FoxInShadow - One of my favorite artists in general. Does a lot of fanservice (probably for publicity) and they're rather popular, but their art is still striking, memorable, and on point. Basically, beautiful if slightly dirty.

Chocoberrylollipop - Also an artist I really like the work of and admire. They really have something interesting and adorable going on for them, and unlike the rest of the group, I've talked to them and gotten the impression they're actually really cool.

And of course, I just have tons of artists I love to see the work of, or admire the styles of that aren't mentioned here for whatever reason.  :twi: It's really just a matter of how much effort I want to spend looking for then or making a list of them, because I keep running into new ones out there. These five are just some of my tops.

Plus, there's awesome artists on this forum too, haha.
