Considering that they are two completely different types of villain (IMO at least), i don't think they'd ever stop arguing

 

Scar: I must kill Celestia, so that i will become king of Equestria

 

Discord: Daww, what's the fun in that? We must create havoc and disharmony everywhere

 

Scar: You fool, that is pointless and moronic. We must gain power, therefore fear and respect

 

Discord: ... You're like a boring old man, and i'm at least 1000 years older than you

 

Scar: pfft, ignoramus

Buuuuut I guess if they met, I don't think a whole lot of "evil harmony", so to speak, would go on. Scar is very uniform and organized in his crime whereas Discord is everywhere doing everything at once.

 

I don't think they would get along.

They would actually sabotage each other, they're too diffrent, and they both want power, but it probably Scar doing the most assasination attempts, with Discord simply playing around with him.

 

These two are probably two of my favrouite villains of all time. Using wits to trick your opponent is much more satisfying than just fighting them.

I think Discord wouldn't be overly amused by Scar- he'd likely find him too orderly, and relying too much on subtleties. Discord has no logic or reason to his plans, and his manipulations primarily seem to be a part of a playful nature; he's in it for amusement while Scar is purely in it for power. Discord? Discord already essentially has all the power any being would ever want and enjoys flaunting it.

 

I imagine Discord would delight at mocking Scar's Shakespearean behavior and pomp. "Killing your own brother for the throne? How original!"

 

Scar would get along much better with Queen Chrysalis than Discord because they both rely more on cut throat tactics to reach power.

Scar's far too serious for my tastes. I'd much prefer to hang out with Shenzi, Banzai and Ed <3
