request Draw my OC?

Hello everybody,
 
I want to know if anybody can redraw my OC in a pose like the one Diogenes of Sinope is in in Raphael's School of Athens, while also wearing the same garments in a "wet drapery" style.
 
I'm not talented enough to do this, so can someone else? I'm open to discussing prices as needed.

Here is the School of Athens. Diogenes of Sinope is isolated laying across the steps, down and to the right of the vanishing point, underneath Aristotle, to the right of Michael Angelo, and in blue robes.
