request OC request

So, I'm not much of an artist, but I really want to get a new OC that is more like me. If someone could help me, that would be great. I want my OC to have these characteristics: A book cutie mark, a liking for tie-dye (like tie-dye mane and tail), blue skin (like Rainbow, except a little less bright), RD length mane and tail (not same style), unicorn, holding (or magically holding) a book, glasses, one purple eye, one green eye, slightly awkward looking, slightly shy looking, smiling awkwardly, gray wolf ears. If anyone has the time, please, and thank you!
