request Can someone draw my OC?

Here are two reasons why i can't digitalise my OC:

 

1. I'm not very good at digital art.

2. I don't have any paint software that i can use to practice.

 

So, is there anyone who can who can draw my OC digitally? I can draw him on paper with pencils and pens:

 

 

This is the only picture i have of my OC with his full body. Thanks.
