Whenever i try to post something, an error pops up saying i have 0 out of 20 minimum characters, please help.

After talking with the member and dealing with some things, the issue was resolved with a mere deleting of caché. I will lock this thread as the issue is now resolved, and if you have any other problem, please make another topic.
