I like the song, it was pretty good.

inb4 the obligatory bad animation posts, but also you might want to let us look around the castle, if it's going to take that long.   :D

Other than that, it was a decent intro.

i agree but its kinda tuff to zoom and animate at the same time so i just looped to to fill time so i could match the song...

Thinking about it, quite often there seems to be a trend among all different mediums, where keeping it short to improve quality is generally favored over lengthening it just to fit a desired length.  :) Personally I consider animation to be one of the hardest forms when going for quality, as the amount of work for even a few moments of animation can get impressive.
So, if you find yourself looping to stretch it out, or having difficulty in general with the animation, it might help to shorten it or even clip the song down to fit your needs.  ;) Song-length animations tend to be huge projects for a single person, so I don't think many people will fault you for taking on smaller segments and doing that well.

Not surprised honestly, haha. I've known some to take weeks or months to do even a few minutes, so it's a pretty work-intensive medium for sure.  :) That's why I don't think there's any shame in doing small projects as you build practice/experience.

I'll probably do some editing to it before i release the full movie... I want to continue trying to animate the parts of my fan fic though chapter by chapter...

yep sure did....you nailed it...

Cool. Nothing wrong with it, but have you thought about a vector animation program like Flash or Synfig? I've downloaded the latter (it's free) but haven't taken the time to learn how it works. :P

Well its stop motion animation for the most part but i did use flash to make it you can notice tweens like the fade in/out transitions...
