Applejack would probably major in something agricultural. Twilight would probably study science or teaching, and would probably wanna go to grad school afterwards. Rainbow Dash? I don't know... I imagine she'd mainly be there for sports. Perhaps she'd study to be a fitness trainer otherwise. Rarity would probably go to an art/fashion school. If not... women's studies, perhaps?
