I don't know if all of them would really want to go to college, but if I had to guess...

 

Applejack would probably major in something agricultural.

 

Twilight would probably study science or teaching, and would probably wanna go to grad school afterwards.

 

Rainbow Dash? I don't know... I imagine she'd mainly be there for sports. Perhaps she'd study to be a fitness trainer otherwise.

 

Rarity would probably go to an art/fashion school. If not... women's studies, perhaps?

 

Fluttershy would definitely wanna learn to be a vet.

 

And Pinkie Pie would probably naturally gravitate towards the theatre program. XD
