In the beginning, it was basically a different pony for every episode. I remember a little bit of Applejack and then there was a Rarity phase that quickly died

Out of the mane six, I think Rainbow Dash is the hottest! I'm super into her attitude, and she's athletic.

Being serious, I'm jacked up in the head with a few kinks, but I do not enjoy fawning over cartoon ponies that way. I still find Fluttershy to be the cutest of the main characters though, to no one's surprise.

Fluttershy is easily the most attractive. Her long mane, her shy manner, her beautiful voice, love it

Rarity is a close second. Just look at her and how beautiful she is

Then Pinkie Pie. Just because I like her fluffy mane and want to cuddle it

Twilight. What can I say, I think alicorns are hot

Applejack is next. Her freckles are cute and she looks very pretty without the hat

 

And last is Rainbow Dash. A very, very, VERY, far last. I don't know what it is, just she's just so boring looking and unattractive both in looks and personality wise. It's funny really, especially with all the rabid Rainbow Dash lovers who thi she's real "hot stuff"

I would have to agree that describing Fluttershy as "hot" just feels like the wrong word to me. She's certainly attractive, but in more of an "adorable" kind of way. Likewise, Twilight is "adorkable". Pinkie Pie is just "fun" incarnate. Applejack, Rarity and RD are the ones where the word "hot" feels at least somewhat accurate to me (well, if they were real humans, or I was a pony, or...  let's just not think about that too much).

An entire crowd of ponies agrees she's graceful (Grean isn't your color). Rarity has said Fluttershy has grace and poise. And Rarity is very beautiful, so she would know a thing or two about beauty
