planning Fading magic [ interest check]

Welcome to Equestria, but it isn't the magical land you one knew. The era of princesses ended over 500 years. A new era has began, a industrial revolution. But these are hard times. Crime is at the highest point in 200 Years, homelessness and unemployment is on the rise. Races battle for space. Magic is fading from the world.

 

Unicorn birth rate has dropped, 500 years ago where it was 1:1:1, now for every 30,000 non-unicorns,1 unicorn is born. Those lucky enough to have a unicorn foal, vanish, some say to a better homes, some say to government testing facilities.

 

It is a dark time in history, but the catalyst for change is near. Late one fateful night, a tear opens in the sky, a glimpse of another world, a single Alicorn foal descending from the rift. Her fur is a light shade of purple, her mane the color of cream, her eyes are gold and silver. Will you take on the child? Will you aid change?

Welcome to my RP, this idea been cooking for a while and thought I'd test it out.

 

RULES

1. No Unicorn or Alicorns

2. No god modding: it's harder to do with out the above but I've seen it done before.

3. Follow all form rules that I forget to state here.

4. Other non-pony races(I.E. Zebra,) are fine, but please expect extreme racism.

 

 

TiME LINE

~30 Years: Celestia and Luna Vanish. New Equestrian republic is born.

45 years: Elements of Harmony and there bearers disappear

60 Years: Cadance pulls the crystal empire out of time again.

100 years: Birth rates of unicorn start to decline.

120 years: Discord is found turned to stone in forest

I don't really understand what the point is? You lost me at "will you take on tje child?". The idea is kinda interesting though.

What I mean is, will you take and raise this is tiny alicorn, a pony of myth and legend, a tiny goddess (it's been 500 years, Alicorns are mythical at this point) or will you leave it for predators to find.

How the heck are Alicorns mythical in just 500 years? Especially with all the written history of Celestia and Luna over THOUSANDS of years? Was is all burned? Was there a cover up?

Yes, but look at luna, who was thought to be an old story tell she came and smacked people, I think that ponies tend to forget things. 

 

@Dappers Duck Army Looks good.

 

@Reader: I going to accept Feeder, but no to Shadow beast(Mostly because I have no clue on Dragon/Pony biology and am slight sure dragon magic doesn't work that way)

Also, I rolling kinda like fallout equestia did, and that was an 200 year gap.(Despite Kkat making seem like longer it ponies generations much to short for the span, but thats a rant of a video)
