When do you think we will see a teaser trailer for the movie?

If the date stays at November 3, 2017, I'm guessing either sometime this fall or winter, since animated movies these days seem to be teased a year in advance. I think teasing it with Moana would be a very logical move by Hasbro.

I actually can imagine even this summer. But in the sense that they will just show the MLP logo in a very cinematic way and the subtitles saying "COMING 2017"

No. I think they would put out an actual teaser, likely showing off the comedy.

I'm hoping to see one later this year. After all, we've been seeing trailers for other animated movies almost a year before they actually come out. I doubt this one will be any different.

I am thinking sometime in the Fall/Winter months. That seems quite probable. Seeing it though would feel sooooo weird. :|

I think that'll take away the "teaser" aspect of the trailer. Teaser trailers usually shows small bits of the main characters, logo, voices and a bit of the villain at most. It's to announce to the public this is happening. Back on topic: I think we can expect a trailer this fall if the release date stays, but showing it earlier doesn't sound too far fetched either

I think in some kind of part of season 6 coming up they will drop us something or the ending for season 6,  which would be a good time to show the trailer.
