Should hasbro make a Virtual Reality MLP Game?

So Virtual reality is starting to make a comeback with the arrival of the oculus rift and other devices, and I'm wondering if Hasbro should make an Oculus supported MLP game? It'd be interesting to use it to see what it wold be like to walk about as a Pony. 

 

What would the game be about? Would it be just a Slice of life thing or would it have a plot? Perhaps something open ended like Skyrim? The graphics wouldn't have to be cutting edge per say, you could use something a long the lines of Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker so you could focus more on making a Life sized Equestria and game mechanics and less on graphics alone. You could simulate the look of MLP without taxing a graphics engine too bad. 

 

Who'd you want hasbro to have develop it? Bethesda, so they could make it like an Elder Scrolls / Fallout type of open ended game (though not as mature rated obviously)? Maybe another Company?

 

I'd shy away from a MMORPG, specifically because those take a lot of upkeep and are easier to mess up.

 

What's your thoughts on this? You think a Virtual Reality MLP game would be awesome? What would you want in it?

slice of life maybe? Or if someone wants a plot, then they could do that option?  I don't know what company would be the best.

Well it's all speculation, they haven't announced anything like this. I'm just asking IF they did would you want it. Which from what I take it is a big ol yes lol.

With the PonyVRVille demo that's been going around, most definitely yes.

 

I even already plan on making a Gaming/Editing Workplace PC that will (and should) be capable of editing and rendering in 4K, 4K gaming and especially, ready for VR.

If Hasbro was to make a game it should just be a regular console game. Not sure how much of a general appeal a virtual reality pony game would have. If anything furries would have first dibs on a virtual reality as an animal and even for them it's not likely going to produce a high value in the market.

It depends, it would be really awsome to have such a game, but not if hasbro decided to turn the game into a big profit game where you have to pay monthly. I can remember the elder scrolls online when it first came out, they fixed it now, but before, you had to pay monthly in order to pay online (and also purchase the game itself wich was around €60), even tough i dont really think hasbro would do that, you may never know for sure, the makers of th elder scrolls online where the same makers of the famous game, skyrim after all.

 

But if it does turn out good, i am really up for it !

I would rather there be a virtual reality game that puts you in the paws of a real animal in the woods or whatever habitat it lives in perfectly capturing the feeling of being that animal.

why not if it is well made the I will play it but it all falls to Hasbro and its bobo's who are years behind the curve so I say wait another 5 years and maybe they will do something like this and make it decent.

Even if they jack up the prices likes 2000 dollars per MLP virtual reality set I highly doubt they would get much out of it since bronies are a minority I mean we haven't even gotten an official MLP console game for starters and doubt anyone else would try it out. Now if you did this to space marines or sports games yeah you would get a big market.
