request Complex OC

As far as OC design, I've never tried anything as complex as Danger Bee.

I am curious to see what she would look like- but as I have nerve damage in my hands, drawing is... not really something I can manage. I would be very grateful to anypony who can make an attempt at such a complex design.

Personally I struggle drawing something just getting the references from text as the creator usually has an idea of the OC in their head and it ends up being quite different, if you could get someone to do a quick reference image for mane style, body shape, colours etc  then I could give it a go!

That's why I made this thread.

 

I try not to set limits on anyone if they are going to draw something for me. My avatar, for example, was for a char whose only real strict limit was a braided mane & tail and glasses.

 

If that same artist were taking commissions in a price range I could afford, I'd totally ask him. But alas, I don't have that kind of money.

Can you do me a favour then, if you would, I am not good at reading walls of text since I have a bit of dyslexia x) 

 

Can you say: 

 

- Coat colour

- Mane colour

- Gender

- Species

- Reference to a similar style of tail / mane you would want

 

I think it mentioned this character is a cyborg / robotic pony, could you give me a bit more detail about that?

-Coat color, starting from hooves up, is yellow fading into black at about the elbows (or elbow equivalent) to jet black along her rump, spine, neck, and head. Yellow splotchy patterns (think Luna's butt splotchies) on her rump.

 

-Mane/tail color, black and yellow stripes, like a bee.

- Tail would be most likely like Twilight's. simple, easy to maintain, fairly neat and tidy. Closest I can think of for mane is Colorascura's when she is wearing the veil.

 

-Cybernetics: Well, I base this part on my own injuries after getting run over by a tractor trailer a few years ago. The jist of it is, the left side of her face, right side of her abdomen, left front leg, and left hind leg just below the cutie mark are cybernetic (all my robot parts are inside, like the rods and stuff holding my leg bones together). As far as what that would look like, all I know for sure is that her left eye is an implant that would look like HAL from space odyssey, or just any big glowy red light kind of thing. The implants could look like borg implants or like Terminator parts, there's no real established aesthetic in my head.

Sounds interesting, thanks for making it more clearer, I am taking a break for a bit from art since I have been grinding at it non stop, I will come up with some ideas in my head what that OC would look like and get around probably to doing it in the next week or so <3 that gives other people the chance to do it to, which means I might get a chance at a reference image, good luck, and hopefully I can get some ideas on it soon
