One of the guards decided to pick up the creature and said,  

"Subject 20, are you going to fight more or going to come along nicely and what are you?"

The guard noticed a necklace on the creature's neck and took it off to get a closer look at it.

The guard started turning knob the quicker, increasing the speed with every 30 seconds.

At this point, Kyubi knew that there was nothing she could do to escape and stopped struggling. "I'm, I'm a bat pony." She said. "Please, don't hurt me. I'll come willingly." The bat pony then noticed that one of them had removed her necklace, but made no move to get it for fear of injury.

Gake noticed that the material under her was beginning to go faster in noticeable increments and gave a slight smirk. The dragoness then ran as fast as she could without flying forward or falling back. As the test continued, Gake became less self conscious about being observed.

an annoucement was played through the whole lab,

"Attention all units, subject 22 has escaped, Don't ask any questions, It can't be reasoned with. Shoot to kill."

"You've got to be kidding me!!" Damien exclaimed as the announcement ended. "It's not even my fault that I'm here and they're gonna kill me?! This is ridiculous!"

Damien was running past the hallway when he noticed the bat pony inside a room being captured by the creatures. "Get away from her!" He said as he charged into the room, firing beams of energy from his horn and mowing the creatures down. After they were all knocked out, he moved over to the bat pony and asked her, "Are you okay?" A guard heard the commotion and decided to see what it was. He stopped when he saw all the guard that were knocked out, hid behind a corner, and watched to see what was happening while pointing his gun towards them.

Once the speed of the treadmill had reached 50 miles per hour, Gale couldn't maintain her position on the treadmill for more than a few minutes and jumped off. "Sorry if the data isn't what you were expecting." She said. The dragoness was starting to enjoy the experiments for the moment. If anything, she would learn more about herself.

A guard heard the commotion and decided to see what it was. He stopped when he saw all the guard that were knocked out, hid behind a corner, and watched to see what was happening while pointing his gun towards them.

Damien heard the creature coming up behind him and not even bothering to turn around said, "I know you're there, go away or I will fight you. Or do you want to end up like your friends over here?" Damien then turned around. "You don't know who you're messing with do you? I've fought wars, battled kings and monsters beyond your wildest imaginations. So if you think that you can best me, Damien Bolt, Prince of Bravery and leader of rebellions! Think again." He said, charging his horn with energy for another shot. Kyubi felt herself be dropped to the ground and looked at the being who saved her. She was about to respond when she heard another guard and Damian speak. The bat pony was just to stunned to respond at this point and simply watched what was going on.

The guard looked at the data and said as he put it in the database

"Wow, about 50, that fast. Next is weight. Just stand on the scale and tell me the weight when the number starts to blink."

The guard came out of hiding and said as he unhooked a mask of his belt, 

"Subect 20 and 22. surrender now and follow me peacefully and we won't harm you. Fail to do so will result in your death."

He reached behind and grabbed a tear gas and got it ready to be thrown.

Kyubi knew that she was useless in a fight given her current state. The bat pony then moved away from the human and other subject in an attempt to make her seem compliant with the human while also not be involved in a fight if one broke out. If anything, she could at least hide.

He reached behind and grabbed a tear gas and got it ready to be thrown.

"So, you weren't intimidated by that at all? Oh well, guess I'll have to fight then." He then noticed the creature grabbing something behind its back. "Hmm, some kind projectile. Bet it'll spew something to incapacitate us. But I'm prepared for this." He used the energy he had charged up in his horn to form a temporary barrier in-between himself and the creature. "You," he said to the bat pony, "I'll hold them off, you get out of here via the air vent." He said getting into a battle stance and making an energy sword out of his magic. "Bring it on you monster! Gale couldn't help but give a slight blush at the guard's compliment. "Thanks." She said. The dragoness then got onto the pad and tried to fit as much of her body onto the scale as possible. When the result came in, the dragoness glanced at the guard. "250 pounds. Most of that is muscle." She said, as if she was daring the guard to say anything else.

"Do you know why you're subject 22.

He grabbed his radio and said including the feedback from all the radios,

"Subject 22 is guarding 20, block all the air vents with tear gas

The guard raised his hands and said as he got up with a tape measurer,

"Wasn't going to say anything, next is wingspan."

Kyubi hesitated as Damian told her to flee. She didn't want to leave him, but this was an opportunity to get out of there. The bat pony then nodded, before grabbing her necklace and flying into the vent. When the tear gas came, she entered a coughing fit and fell out into a hallway.

Gale gave a slight laugh and smiled. "I was just messing with you." She said. The dragoness then got off the scale and extended her wings. Her total wingspan was 48 feet in length. It was needed for her to fly, but it would've gotten in the way if she couldn't fold them against her body.

Damien Hesitated, this could be a trap, but the question was too tempting. "Alright then, I'll play your game. Why am I subject 22?" He knew this was a trap, and was preparing for the creature to throw its strange projectile. He suspected that it would be an airborne incapacitant, so he cast a spell of breathing in advance.

He smiled and said,

"It's simple, you are the 22nd test subject that he had. 2-18 are dead and they tried the same thing that all or you are trying. Why don't you give up this impossible quest to escape."

He threw the tear gas and pulled his gun up and started firing.

When the guard measured, he was surprised. He said as he went to the computer, 

"That's a pretty impressive wingspan."

Gale blushed slightly and tapped her tail against the ground. "Thanks. It does get in the way at times, though." The dragoness then stood and looked around he area. "So, what's the next test? The dragoness then glanced at the door, making sure that nothing would interrupt them.

Kyubi groaned as she slowly stood and felt pain in her body. The bat pony then winced as she fell back down and managed to keep her eyes open, not that that would do any good to her. She couldn't stay in one place, though. Kyubi ten attempted to stand for a second time and found it a bit easier.

Damien brought up a magic shield and the bullets bounced off harmlessly, but the tear gas stung his eyes, making him tear up.

 

"YOU'VE KILLED 17 OF US!!!" He bellowed. YOU SHALL ALL DIE FOR THIS!!! He then charged forward, bullets still bouncing off if his shield, and sliced the guard clean In half with his magic energy sword.

The gun fell and hit the ground. The impact made the gun go off, the bullet ricochet throughout the hall. From the yelling, the guards that were knocked out stirred and groaned. Some of them ran in terror but other stood and started shooting.

One of the guards that ran saw the bat pony. Remembering what it is made him start to wonder what it can do. He pulled out a slightly different dog whistle and blew it. It let out a high-pitched noise that even humans and other animals could hear.

The guard sat down and said as he started looking over the data that was previously collected,

"I don't know exactly what the next test is. I'm looking over the test that use already done."

Kyubi winced in pain as she head the dog whistle and became somewhat disoriented. The bat pony stumbled around for a bit before she hit a wall and collapsed to the ground. As the noise continued, Kyubi curled her body into a ball and lowered her ears. "Please, stop." She thought.

Gake nodded slightly and felt a bit tired. Considering everything that had happened, she could understand why that would happen. The dragoness then gave a yawn and glanced at the guard. "Ok. Wake me up if you need anything." She said, before curling into a ball and falling asleep.

Damien had to whip around lightning fast and bring up his shield to avoid being shot by the swarm of bullets flying in his direction. "IS THAT THE BEST YOU CAN DO?" He shouted again and charged at them with renewed vigor. "DIE ALL OF YOU DIE!!!" He was in a killing frenzy slaying them one by one until they were all dead. Regaining some of his sanity he said to himself, "I'll make all of you pay for what you've done to us. This is no mere feud, this is a WAR!" He said, drenched in blood, he then ran over at the guard with the dog whistle and killed him too. He then turned to look at the bat pony and said, "Are you alright?" Shadow watched the whole thing. He went over to the guard, took off the outfit and tried it on. He was surprised that it fit. He grabbed everything and walked out of the security

The guard watched Gale sleep, then got up and left to see what is going on, he forgot to grab his radio. He walked through the hall and stopped dead in his tracks. A group of guards were sliced up. He tripped over a gun and fell backwards, shaking.
