MLP and AMG?

Could you guys see an MLP crossover working with Ah! My Goddess anime?

I think it could possibly work, if Rainbow Dash got paired off with Keiichi at his college, and were needed to win some race; Fluttershy and posibly Apple jack could work well with Belldandy and her song/nature magic, Twilight with Skuld to help out with her machines, and maybe Pinkie Pie and Rarity working with Urd with her relationship meddling and potion magic?

 

Anyway, goddesses and ponies could work, I think. Yggdrassil pretty much funcions like the Tree of Harmony. Maybe the two could become linked through Discord's meddling or a virus, and both worlds become jeopardized, with the ponies and goddesses nedding to meet and work together to destroy some evil, sentient threat born from the merging of their worlds

I can't really see it working very well. If I recall AMG has a lot of sexual jokes and I don't think they'd fit in MLP. Not to mention AMG is not really that popular anymore in comparison to MLP so it wouldn't really benefit Hasbro to do this. There's tons of other reasons though why it couldn't work though.

I don't see any sort of official crossovers with MLP and any anime ever happening.

And that includes the one that you mentioned above.

AmG has been dubbed for a LOOOOOOOONG time

If Hasbro ever wants to do a crossover MLP with something, they'd probably want to do it with something that'd benefit them financially, rather than doing it with some obscure anime like AMG(not to mention I can't see it meshing well with the series, especially with the target audience in mind). There's a lot of other franchises, anime included, that'd mesh a lot better with MLP and benefit Hasbro more, and knowing them they'd probably rather do a crossover with one of their own franchises

I highly doubt that hasbro is going to do an crossover with any anime, mostly because the target audience for mlp doesn't watch a whole lot of anime.

Eeeehhhh... They probably need a stronger connection than what you're proposing to justify such a crossover. Right now there really isn't a strong enough reason to do this, plus the size of the fanbases is totally different. AMG is more or less niche compared to MLP at this point.

The only anime character I’d like to see in FIM is the infamous Dragon Spooker. Firstly because she is the kind of a character that actually makes sense in MLP settings, and secondly because I'd enjoy watching her cause gray hair to all the Princesses and pony folk in general. I wonder what other nicknames she’d get as a pony.
