Ganondorf8 11,395 October 17, 2016 Share October 17, 2016 Even if the show were to come to an end, the fandom will continue to thrive. I think the fandom has barely tapped into what it's capable of doing despite having been doing things for the past six years. Some will move on... it's going to happen as their interest will dwindle, but those who remain do so because they are dedicated towards keeping the memory alive. cider float 2,538 October 18, 2016 Share October 18, 2016 (edited) Brony conventions will begin to dwindle, it takes money to keep a con going as well as money to be a visitor as well. Trying to keep a convention specifically for a franchise rather than say Comic Con or Video Game cons is just not going to keep it up and running long enough. At best Bronycons will just become a segment of those other general cons. Edited October 18, 2016 by cider float

TBD 17,256 October 18, 2016 Share October 18, 2016 (edited) If the shows end, i would be sad and wished it will last longer but then again if they going to keep doing the same things but in a different setting for every last two finale episodes and movies where villains are blasted and defeat right away with just a friendship and love power..then i can see why it might get a little boring. We need more legit action like Twi vs Triek . and i'm sure these little kids wouldn't mind it since many watch cartoonnetwork shows. In other words, if they could at least make it less girly or Corny in a near future, i'm sure mlp fan won't leave the fandom. I'm just saying, since who are we trying to fool? these kids and little girls doesn't need to see an shows that stereotyping that mlp shows are for the girly girls or the sissies by making it crony. It time to move out from that and just make the mlp show like any other cartoon shows. Heck i'm adult and as more i see mlp shows, yes i love every episodes but as time move on, it would be a time for me to step out if the shows continues to stay in a path toward to be it "girly" and the corniness. trust me little girls doesn't need that. Splashee 28,566 April 29, 2020 Share April 29, 2020 I checked tess2 at uspto.gov, and MY LITTLE PONY was newly registered by Hasbro in March 17, 2020. So don't worry about it dying anytime soon. Friendship is Magic is dead though, so let's cry together (There was never any Friendship is Magic brands to begin with )
