Are Octavia and Doctor from Trottingham?

Both have British accents, (through the magic of pandering but I digress) so are they from Trottingham, which is Equestria's version of England?

I would say yes, probably. There only other ponies with that accent were called out for being from Trottingham, so sure, they're transplants.

It is highly probable, given that the only Trottingham born pony we know is Pipsqueak, and he does speak with a british accent... Although neither Octavia nor Doctor Whooves could be native to the island - perhaps their families hail from therein, and while they themselves would be born in Equestria proper, the family tradition would make them develop the accent.

As far as we know, it's possible they come from there. Sure, there might be more settlements of ponies with British accent, but Trottingham is the only one we know off

I believe so too but in addition to that, doesn't Canterlot society partake on the same accent too? Maybe Canterlot's influence hailed and descended from Trottingham or vice-versa.

Well its Camelot and its located at Britain just look at the citizens fashion sense , most of them look old fashioned but still elegant.
