He is still a work in progress, but finally coming along. He is not really a deer, but a deer canine hybrid. More will be revealed as he is worked on.

   Well, he is still... sketchy at this point so its hard to make too many opinions as of yet, but not too bad.

       While deer have gotten a foothold as a species in Equestria, dogs are almost non-existent in that world. Other than, maybe a very rare few YouTuber OCs, it almost strikes me as canines as being a foreign race to the place. Then again, if this more general than this fandom specifically then that renders the argument of their feasibility rather moot.

    Other than that, I kind of have the mental image of dogs not being that far off physically from deer. Specifically the more lanky, runner build of a greyhound or whippet that you may be aiming at there. While I have my doubts on the blending of species, I am eagerly awaiting your further devolopments!

 

   Uhh... and yeah, the horns have to go behind the ears. Otherwise they block all incoming noise that they ought be hearing.   ...though that does sound both aesthetically & functionally adorable...Hmm...
